Elmer in the community!
On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, students from the "Constantin Cantacuzino" National Pedagogical College, Targoviste celebrated International Play Day - the Play Fest festival. One of the workshops was based on the beloved character of the book we read together – ELMER. One by one, the children's class groups took part in the painting workshop where the elephant's silhouette took on vivid colors. The students used sponges and watercolors to make prints, creating an individual or paired product that was displayed on the school fence. As a result of the activity, we also obtained a joint product. Each child added two footprints to the enlarged Elmer's silhouette – a colorful collage of collaboration between classes.
